Calls to the Free Legal Advice Centres about housing problems increased by 81% last year.
Their 2014 annual report is being published today, which shows more than 28,000 people received legal help with housing, family law and employment dominating queries.
Calls concerning disputes between neighbours increased by nearly 20%.

The report will be launched this morning by the Justice Minister Frances Fitzgerald.
Director of FLAC, Noeline Blackwell, says they have put together a booklet addressing issues that may arise between neighbours.
She outlined the main points of the report to Newstalk Breakfast.
