There is plenty left to play for on the penultimate set of weekend Premier League fixtures.

In the early kick off at The Britannia, Tottenham will be looking to keep their Champion's League hopes alive with a win over Stoke City who have pulled away from the bottom three in recent weeks.

That game at The Britannia Stadium is our first live match on Newstalk Sport today.

Kicking off at 1.30pm, Dave McIntyre and former Ireland defender Gary Breen will bring you live coverage of the match.

Our second live game of the day takes us to Old Trafford and one of the most momentous watershed moments in football history.

Alex Ferguson takes charge of Manchester United at Old Trafford for the final time from 4pm.

Adam Summerton and Paul McShane will be on hand at the Theatre of Dreams which will be covered by a shimmering haze of raw emotion and where Man United will finally get their hands on the Premier League trophy.

In the 3pm starts Newcastle will be hoping a win away at QPR can help them avoid sharing their fate in the Championship next season.

Norwich are also precariously close to the bottom as they host West Brom at Carrow Road.

Sunderland are the third team on 38 points and they host Southampton at the Stadium of Light.

There will also be at emotion at Everton who entertain West Ham as David Moyes says goodbye to Goodison Park after over a decade in charge.

His opposing manager Sam Allardyce will be in a better mood. Hammers co-owner David Gold announced yesterday that he has been granted a new two-year contract.

Elsewhere Liverpool go to Craven Cottage to face Fulham.
