A jury will be sworn in for the trial of former Anglo Irish Bank chairman Sean FitzPatrick tomorrow.
The 66-year-old of Whitshed Road, Greystones is accused of failing to disclose the true value of loans worth around €139 million to auditors Ernst and Young.
The loans were allegedly given by Irish Nationwide to him or people connected to him on dates between 2002 and 2007.
