The jury has suspended its deliberations until tomorrow in the Graham Dwyer murder trial.

Earlier the foreman of the jury explained that his question asking what they had to find him guilty of, had come out wrong.

The case is now in the hands of the jury who have been advised by Mr Justice Tony Hunt to deliberate for as long as it takes.

They have one issue to decide - whether Graham Dwyer is guilty or not guilty of the murder of Elaine O'Hara.

The 42 year old from Kerrymount Close, Foxrock denies stabbing the childcare worker to death at Killakee in August 2012.

Yesterday the foreman of the jury asked the judge what they were to find Graham Dwyer guilty of? Today he explained that he had not meant the question to come out that way.

Mr Justice Hunt replied that he had first class honours in things not coming out as they were meant to.

Deliberations will resume tomorrow morning.
