Greece and Croatia have qualified for the 2014 World Cup after doing the business over two legs.

Romania came from behind to claim a 1 - 1 draw against Greece in Bucharest, but that result was enough for the Greeks to advance with a 4-2 aggregate win.

Konstantinos Mitroglou headed the opener for Greece in the 23rd minute before a Jose Holebas own goal in the second half secured a draw for Romania.

10-man Croatia held on for a 2 - 0 win over Iceland in Zagreb, which sent them to Brazil after a scoreless first leg.

Bayern Munich's Mario Mandzukic gave Croatia the lead but was sent off minutes later.

However Shaktar Donetsk's Darijo Srna stretched Croatia's advantage just after half-time.
