Netherlands will be going into this summer's World Cup without one of their key players after Kevin Strootman suffered a serious knee injury last night.
The 24-year-old tore cartilage in his left knee during Roma's 1 - 0 defeat to Napoli.
The former PSV midfielder was stretchered off and Holland manager Louis Van Gaal later said it was a "huge blow" and that Strootman's "dreams had died".

Strootman faces six months out but should be available for Roma at the start of next season.
