Jobs Minister embarking on Australian trade mission

The Jobs Minister Richard Bruton says he is confident of securing new business on a trade mission to Australia.

The five day mission, which starts today, will involve 40 high-level meetings and events in Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney.

Enterprise Ireland and the IDA are leading the trip and will meet with companies in the financial services, telecommunications and IT, healthcare and e-learning sectors.

32 Irish companies are taking part in the Australian trade mission.

Minister Bruton says this is the 22nd trade mission he has embarked on.
