Jury deliberations will resume in the morning in the trial of a Dublin woman accused of attempting to help a friend, MS sufferer Bernadette Forde, take her own life suicide.
Gail O'Rorke of Kilclare Gardens, Tallaght denies the charge.
The jury spent around three and a half hours deliberating on a verdict today.
They have to decide whether in 2011 Gail O'Rorke attempted to assist the suicide of her friend Bernadette Forde by booking flights to Switzerland where the Dignitas clinic is based.
Their travel plans were thwarted by a travel agent who contacted gardai over concerns about the legal repercussions of the trip.
51-year-old MS sufferer Bernadette Forde took a fatal overdose of barbiturates bought online from Mexico at her home two months later.
The jury will continue deliberating tomorrow morning.
