Love/Hate fans will be able to snap up John Boy’s luxury penthouse.

The North Dublin apartment complex where scenes from season one and two of the show were filmed is up for sale for at least €3.5 million.

John Boy’s penthouse stretches across over 3,400 square feet and includes the original pool table used in Love/Hate.

But anyone looking to get their hands on it will have to buy the entire building, which is let out to tenants.

“We have already had enquiries from local and international investors who are attracted by this high quality, well-located, spacious and historical building situated only minutes away from Dublin city centre,” says David Browne of estate agents Savills.

The Granary building is the original site of the Dublin Whiskey Distillery dating back to 1878. It houses 14 one, two and three bed apartments.
