Manchester City could be facing a transfer ban if they are found to have broken UEFA's financial fair play restrictions.
The Club Financial Control Body starts a two-day meeting today to discuss the cases of 76 clubs.
The Daily Telegraph believes City, who have made losses of nearly £150 million over the last two seasons, will be found guilty of breaking the rules.
Clubs can lose €45 million over the past two years although costs related to youth academies and infrastructure can be written off.
Clubs falling foul of the regulations will find out their punishments on May 5th.
Qatari-owned PSG are also among the clubs under the microscope.
