Gardaí investigating the murder of 26 year old James Griffin at Ballyfermot, Dublin 10, in the early hours of Sunday morning the 16th November 2014, have this afternoon arrested a man.
The incident occurred on O'Casey Avenue, Parkwest on the 16th November 2014 between 3am and 4.30am. Gardai were called to the scene following reports of a disturbance at the site of a warehouse rave.
James Griffin had been stabbed. He was rushed to Tallaght hospital but was pronounced dead later.
The man arrested in Dublin today is in his late teens and is detained at Ballyfermot Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1884.
