Members of the public are being invited to witness the results of the referendums at Dublin Castle today.
Some 2,000 people will be able to see the results unfold on a big screen, which will be erected in the courtyard of the castle.
Admission to the viewing area will be on a first-come first-served basis from 9:45am.
Dublin City Councillor for Fianna Fáil, Paul McAuliffe, says he hopes the passing of a Yes vote will be celebrated on the grounds of the National Count Centre.

Meanwhile, the CEO of Amnesty International Ireland says regardless of the outcome in the same-sex marriage referendum we are already 'a different Ireland'.
Colm O'Gorman says that the discussions that have taken place in the run-up to the referendum have already transformed our society.
