A Cork mother has received a report from the NCT on the car her daughter was driving when she died in a crash almost two years ago.
Amanda O'Flaherty, who was 26, died in the collision in Cobh on December 29th 2012.
Her mother, Paula Murphy says the car had defects to it's rear suspension and was "unroadworthy" at the time.

After intervention from the Road Safety Authority yesterday, the NCT released the cert to her which says the car was roadworthy.
