110 new jobs are being created in Dublin. NIIT Limited is setting up a European office in the capital.
The corporate training company, which has its headquarters in India, says it chose Ireland because of the creative and technical talents of workers and their multilingual skills.
The positions will be rolled out over the next five years.
The new roles will include engineers, creative writers, and digital media professionals.
Other roles will be for trainers, multilingual customer service support, and project managers.
The development is supported by the Department of Jobs through IDA Ireland.
The publicly listed company, which was established in 1981 and is headquartered in India, employs about 3,000 people in over 40 countries.
It has primary locations in India, the United States, Europe and China.
