Political parties in Northern Ireland have reached a deal on welfare reform - as part of wider talks on resolving a number of so-called 'legacy issues'.

They've been in discussions since a summit with David Cameron and the Taoiseach Enda Kenny in Belfast last week ended without agreement.

In a tweet, Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness said there'd been a 'step change in negotiations'.
