When RTÉ decided to run a series on the Irish in Canada, the question of what graphic to use probably seemed easy... a few maple leaves, a map, some snow and of course a Canadian passport to demonstrate the subject matter.

And that's pretty much exactly what they did... however, there was one small issue.

That's a French passport. And Canada is not in the EU.
