Oscar Pistorius' bail has been extended by Judge Masipa which means he will not detained. He will be sentenced on October 13.
Pistorius has now been released by the court.
The athlete was earlier today convicted of the manslaughter of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp. He stood in the dock, with his hands folded in front of him, as the judge delivered her final verdict.
Pistorius, 27, showed little emotion as the guilty verdict of culpable homicide, which is South Africa's equivalent of the UK's manslaughter charge, was handed down.
Culpable homicide carries a maximum jail term of 15 years.
