Pro-life groups will hold a vigil this Saturday for the baby at the centre of the latest abortion case. The baby was delivered around 25 weeks into his mother's pregnancy.

The immigrant woman had requested an abortion at eight weeks, saying she she had become pregnant after being raped.

The Health Service Executive (HSE) is conducting a review into the timeframe and type of care offered to the woman, who was suicidal.

The HSE will announce the terms of reference for its inquiry into the case later.
