The removal will take place in Limerick this evening of Jason Corbett.
The 39-year-old father of two died after a violent incident at his home in the US earlier this month.
Jason Corbett's body was brought back to Ireland over a week ago, however his family had said they wouldn't hold his funeral until his two children returned from the US.
10-year-old Jack and 8 year old Sarah arrived in Ireland at the weekend, after Jason's sister and her husband were granted guardianship of the pair.
They had been living in North Carolina with their father and stepmother Molly Martens before Mr Corbett died following the incident at their home on the second of August.
Jason's body will be removed to Our Lady Queen of Peace church in Janesboro this evening.
His funeral mass is due to take place at midday tomorrow, and afterwards he will be laid to rest in Castlemungret Cemetery, alongside his first wife Mags, who died in 2006.
