President Vladimir Putin has denied that Russian air strikes are hitting moderate opposition groups rather than Islamic State militants.
The Russian president was speaking to his country's state TV.
He has defended Russia's military operations in Syria, and says the aim is to support President Bashar al-Assad:
"By no means do we want to get involved in any inter-religious conflicts in Syria. We have only one goal, which is to support the lawful authorities and create the conditions for a political settlement."
Putin was in interview with Russian journalist Vladimir Solovyov in Sochi, Sunday, on Russia Today.
Meanwhile, more footage of strikes on Syria emerged over the weekend.
This strike was reportedly made by Russian Su-34 bombers against an ISIS command centre in the Raqqah province.
