Meanwhile, both sides of the Scottish independence debate are making their final push for voters ahead of tomorrow's referendum.

The latest opinion polls show the race is too close to call with 1 in 7 Scots yet to make up their mind.

Alistair Darling, leader of Better Together, will tell an event later that staying in the UK will bring "faster, better, safer change" to Scotland.

While SNP leader Alex Salmond's written a letter to voters to make a direct appeal for them to back independence.

An earlier poll suggested that almost two-thirds of voters are in the dark about what devolved powers would be given following a NO vote.

The survey came after the leaders of the three main parties at Westminster signed a pledge to give "extensive new powers" to Holyrood in the event of a No vote.
