The Senator who complained about Dublin seagulls 'losing the run of themselves' says he is preparing a file for the government on the problem.
Ned O'Sullivan says he stands by his comments in the Seanad which attracted attention from around the world in July.
Senator O'Sullivan said he was worried about children "being dispossessed of their lollipops".

He said people who lived in apartment blocks were being plagued by the birds - and something needed to be done.
But he says the media made light of a serious issue and he is going to raise the issue again.
