Staff at the Tyndall National Institute have served notice of industrial action on University College Cork.
It follows a long running dispute between employees at the research body and management of the University over pay parity.
Members of SIPTU and IFTU are to picket the Tyndall institute over four days next month including one day at the main UCC campus.
