The Taoiseach has rejected claims from Fianna Fáil that the coalition's plans to make banks cut standard variable mortgage rates has been "a flop."
Micheál Martin told the Dáil that the lack of action by banks means they've told the Government where to go.
Enda Kenny says he doesn't see it as a failure, but as a "work in progress."
