Two men have been jailed for fighting inside the Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin.
Gardaí and security officers had to step in after a brawl broke out in the main hall just over a year ago.
The Great Hall of the Criminal Courts of Justice on Parkgate Street is four times the size of the Four Courts famous Round Hall.
It is a constant hive of activity and on September 4th 2013, it provided an unlikely battle ground for two groups of fighting men.
In the midst of lawyers and other court users, one man was restrained after aiming a flying kick at two others.
Gardaí and security officers brought the brawl to a swift end - but the two men, who were before the court today, went to attack two others as they were being led away.
Barry Dodd, of Vincent Street flats, and Leon Griffin of Upper Kevin Street admitted breaching the peace and were sentenced to five weeks behind bars.
