The U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is describing the continuing violence in Egypt as a "pivotal moment" for the country.

It's claimed at least 120 people have now been killed in 24 hours of clashes.

Hospitals across Cairo have been treating the injured as the army stands accused of picking people out - and shooting to kill.
