10 per cent of male students and 8 per cent of female students have had photographs or videos circulated online without their consent.
That's just one of the findings from a survey on sexual harassment, violence and sexual assault carried out by the Union of Students in Ireland.
They research study, which was support by Cosc - the national office for the prevention of such offences) is the first of its kind and scale in the country.
The study took place earlier this year with over 2,750 third level students responding online.
