There were reports this weekend that Kanye West caused some controversy at a show in Sydney. The always divisive Kanye asked everyone in the audience to stand up before he kicked into the song Good Life.
Two people didn't get up, so Kanye refused to start until they stood up. It transpired, however, that one was in a wheelchair and another had a prostethic limb.
It resulted in an awkward few minutes before the music recommenced, and it was all captured on video (of course it was, because it's a gig in 2014). While there has been criticism of the rapper's actions and it definitely isn't the most politically correct response you'll see, the uploader of the YouTube video says "Kanye apologises, the show goes on. A simple misunderstanding".
