Green Peace Australia killed a fish that bares a striking resemblance to the beloved Disney character Nemo, in their latest advertising campaign.
In the video we see a cartoon clownfish swimming in what at first is believed to be the Great Barrier Reef, before the camera slowly moves backwards and reveals it to be a blender.
The controversial advertisement is part of Green Peace's 'Save the Reef' campaign which highlights the potential damage to Australia's sealife if plans for the Queensland coal mine are put in place.
Should the Carmichael coal mine go ahead, it will be the largest ever in Australia, stretching over a massive 280 square kilometeres. The mine will be comprised of six open-cut pits and five underground mines.
