Worsening weather conditions are set to hamper the search for Barry Davis Ryan off the west Cork coast.

Navy divers, members of the coastguard and volunteers will resume the search this morning.

The 21 year old has been missing since he, his girlfriend Niamh O'Connor and his father Barry Ryan senior went into the sea on Tuesday evening.

The funeral of Niamh O'Connor takes place tomorrow in Glounthaune.
