BSkyB agrees to sell part of ITV stake

BSkyB has agreed to sell part of the stake it owns in Britain’s ITV.

Sky bought 17.9% of the broadcaster in 2006.

After a legal battle, it’s now agreed to sell just over half that stake, in a move that could raise around €227 million.
