ITV admits animal cruelty

Broadcaster ITV has admitted charges of animal cruelty during “I’m A Celebrity”.

It’s after contestants Gino D’Acampo and Stuart Manning killed and ate a rat on camera.

The channel’s been fined stg£1,600 and ordered to pay costs.

The court in Sydney ruled the animal had suffered because it took 90 seconds to die.
