Fionn was born in Dublin to an Irish Dad and an Italian Mum. He had a well-traveled childhood, as his parents lived in New York, Buenos Aires and Geneva. Lucky enough to combine a love of writing and music with the travel bug, he paid his way around the world by DJing and reporting for leading travel publications such as The Lonely Planet Guides. Fionn had to make a call on his future and the call was Ireland. Back now and with a steady and interesting life and career, he has been part of the Newstalk team of contributors since the early days.
