Jonathan graduated with an honours degree in Communications in DCU in 1997, studying radio and film.  Having a keen interest in computers and technology, his hobby brought him from a junior IT support role to Network Systems Manager and Information Security Officer at Siemens Ireland in just 3 years, specialising in networking, viruses and cryptography.

Eventually Jonathan returned to the media and has since presented for RTE television, Spin 1038 (the 2010 PPI award winning The Spin) and Newstalk 106-108fm.  Jonathan has presented a gadgets and video games show for City Channel as well as written on the subject of gaming technology for ENN and Silicon Republic.  He has been a regular contributor to Newstalk for the past two years.
