What about stadia not mentioned by Ivan......Millenium Stadium in Cardiff, Twickenham, Wembley... let's have campaign to all keep referring to Lansdowne Road and keep a great tradition alive. John O'Donoghue should have insisted, we have paid most of the money for it after all - that complany pnly paid a lesser portion, poerhaps if they paid the whole amount it might need a different response.

The reason domestic violence is so prevalent is community tolerance and no effective sanction for the perpetrators.

this is a MASSIVE SCAM. the million people the government are targeting are the 50% of the workforce on 16k a year (source CSO ). Theyre earning so little the pensions board calculator cant even calculate their contributions for 66.66% of their current wage as its BELOW what the state is giving them now ,and it simply shuts down. the real story here ISNT the pensions crisis, its WHO'S going to get the BILLION a year plus that this move will generate , what banks its put through incurring maintenance fees, and what shares they buy with it. follow the money lads some big stockbroking firms donate to FF/FG and have former parent companies desperate for liquidity. ya dont need to be a genius to put two and two together here. the ONLY way this move makes any sense in a recession, because remember this will hit employers costs to the tune of 2% making employees LESS attractive, is if the long term agenda is to cut the state pension - either through deed or holding it static to allow inflation to do so - and to provide liquidity to delinquent financial houses. it sure as hell isnt about providing a good pension for the worst off. i mean if it was what the hell was the national pension reserve fund for ?
