Global Village is Ireland’s only equality focused media programme. Hosted by a proud “out” migrant who is a social activist and social entrepreneur, Dil explores topical issues which affect us all. Our 2 hour weekly programme is dedicated to exploring equality in its entirety as it is based on the Irish 9 grounds of equality: Gender; Age; Religion; Race; Sexual Orientation; Disability; Marital Status; Family Status and Membership to the Traveller community.

Can you imagine an inclusive and equal Ireland where each resident is able to reach his/her full potential?

Thanks for your kind and encouraging words - you certainly echoed my initial sentiments when I was first approached about becoming a columnist in THE Magazine. Our wonderful and diverse LGBT community needs a new publication to provide an alternative and fresh perspective. Thanks!

Great magazine and a welcome addition to the lgbt community. Intelligent articles that go beyond the usual scene centred offerings and embraces the arts and wider issues while still maintining it's lgbt remit. There's definitely a place for it in Ireland today. Good luck with it and may it grow from strength to strength. Well done and looking forward to the next issue.

Please support World Aids Day and help to create awareness of this important health issue. HIV and AIDS is 100% preventable but it is the stigma that is the real killer. Thank you!
