Challenge OTB

If you fancy yourself as a bit of a Jimmy ‘Memory Man’ Magee, then just bring it and take on Off The Ball live on air in your chosen sport.

Ken is our soccer ‘expert’, Murphy will answer questions on his first love – the GAA and Simon ‘posh boy’ Hick will cover the gentleman’s sport of rugby.

If that sounds good to you, just fill in the details and we’ll get in contact. Some great prizes will be on offer but a defeat will lead to on air abuse and national shame.

  1. Lads, do you not think it’s all getting a bit tiresome about “liverpool are a 2 man team”?? Reina is a best goalkeeper in the division, they have the Eng right back, the Argentina captain, Benayoun. what they don’t have is a replacement for Torres. Any team would miss him and he would walk into any team.

Thats awful rubbish: the eng right back has been injured/ hopelessly out of form for most of the season, Benny has been not used that much & the argentinian captain is unrecognisable from the player of last year, IMO Without Torres we are NOTHING! Maybe reina can take some credit from the season too but the rest are fighting for their future, i would question the commitment of a lot of them particulary Carragher who after 14 years of first team action has yet to develop even the most basic passing abilit & yet thinks its ok to lambast everyone else for his stupid mistakes!

I am so pissed with the constant referring to Irish players in England and Scotland who cares if Robbie et al scores!
Why don’t ye feature the highest scoring Irish player on the Continent.
Dominic Foley just keeps scoring, he’s up to 14 for the season so far and the Cup final to come!
Com’on guys deal with a real striker!

    nerds of the airwaves,
please settle the following argument with my house-twat of a mate.

i opined that labelling Cristiano Ronaldo as a midfielder is a misnomer, instead he ticks more of the boxes of the striker label.

    what ya think?
