Karen Coleman tackles the top stories around the world every Sunday morning on her award-winning international affairs show on newstalk. Her sharp and incisive style makes her show an entertaining cocktail of intelligent talk shaken up with first-class analysis and peppered with reports from around the globe.

The show has already clocked up three awards including the 2002 PPI accolade for Best Currents Affairs Radio Show in Ireland and the 2003 MAMA multicultural radio award for the show’s coverage of multi-ethnic issues in Ireland. In 2004 Karen won the prestigious ESB Media Award for Best Radio Documentary for her compelling programme on the effects of the war on Iraq one year after Saddam was toppled.
