Manchester City's Yaya Touré has been ruled out for up to two weeks with an abductor muscle injury he picked up during Sunday's Premier League defeat to Liverpool.
There had been fears that the Ivory Coast international would be ruled out for the rest of the season.
But he will now miss tomorrow's visit of Sunderland as well as City's Easter Monday clash with West Brom. But he could make their trip to Crystal Palace on the 27th.
Meanwhile, City manager Manuel Pellegrini is not worried about reports that the club could be given a hefty punishment by UEFA.
They will find out this week whether they have been found guilty of breaking financial fair play regulations.
Possible sanctions include a transfer embargo or even a suspension from playing in Europe.
For now, Pellegrini believes it is all speculation.
"First of all it is important to know what UEFA will have to say and then we can have an opinion," he said at today's press conference.
